The original work, first published in 1990, and reprinted with additions and clarifications in 1991 and 1998, has been reorganized into a somewhat chronological format beginning in approximately 1910, and includes new information to bring it up to the date of the BNSF merger in 1996. 112 pages, coil bound, color throughout.
