David Ingles collaborated on. Its genesis was Wallin's wanting to showcase the photography of their mutual late friend, Walt Peters. It then grew as they added their own photos, and "Monty" Powell's Peoria images. The hardcover book contains more than 350 color photos, covering over 30 railroads if you count token appearances.
